DISCOVER NUTRITIONAL NEUROSCIENCE
Where we don’t believe in diet camps. We believe in food that fuels our brain; supports our mental health, helps us think sharply, and preserves our best memories for years to come.
The Power of Nutritional Neuroscience
If you struggle with brain fog, if words are on the tip of your tongue, if you lay in bed, unmotivated to go make healthy choices, if you struggle with anxiety or nervous energy, if you watched a parent go through dementia and don’t want the same destiny --
Nutritional neuroscience can help with that.
Food provides the nutrients to
build neurotransmitters necessary for mental wellbeingE
reduce the inflammation causing your brain fog
support your brain’s ability to learn and create longterm
memories
improve the functioning ofy our mind so you can think
clearly, creatively, and quickly.
This isn’t your typical diet plan
It’s actually NOTHING like what you’ve tried before.
Food has the incredible power to influence our mood, cognitive capacity , and energy levels, ultimately shaping our day-to-day experiences. And in the other direction, our brain can dictate our eating behavior against our strongest will
So, instead of focusing on calorie tracking, weight-loss, yo-yo dieting, or some magic numbers, we focus on
Creating your life force so you have energy and excitement for a big life
Fueling sharp thinking, emotional resilience, and creativity
Preserving the important memories
Expanding your health span and letting you live for as long as possible
Nutritional Neuropsychology is the unique approach I use to combine food, the evolutionary way our brains are wired, and your unique experience, to help you feel alive.

Get to Know Me
Years prior to becoming a trainer who coached dark and early before work, I turned to fitness for relief. Movement became my default response when I felt stressed or out of sync with myself. Today, fitness fuels my confidence and strength and mental health.
Together, fitness and food allow me to travel around the world and do epic shit. In Peru, I hiked the 5-day Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu. In Bolivia, I summited the 18,000-foot Huayna Potosí and I mountain biked the most dangerous road in the world. I wouldn’t be able to do any of that, with enjoyment, if I didn’t nourish my body well and train it hard.
The brain loves novelty, it actually keeps you young! So I spend my life traveling all over the world as a digital nomad, to fulfill my constant curiosity and constant desire to challenge myself.
So on our next 1:1 you may catch me surfing in Morocco or hiking mountains in Albania. It’s always a surprise.
My journey began with a Bachelors in behavioral neuroscience, where I accidentally discovered the intricate connection between food and brain function. This fascination led me to a certification in functional nutrition and enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program, and later a Nutritional Psychiatry program at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.
What People are Saying

“I feared spending the money and time on something that I felt like I could get for free online. But that's actually not entirely true. Yes, you can find all the answers online, but you don't always have the commitment and motivation to follow through with what you find. And I think having that personal coach aspect, who's willing to take the time one on one in a group setting, all of that carries a lot more weight than I anticipated in accountability..”

“Thank you so much. There were so many parts of what I do now that I didn't think I was capable of doing or saw myself doing in any capacity. And to have implemented even just these smallest little habits has been a game changer.
And I wouldn't have implemented anything, and I wouldn't have learned any of them if I hadn't just been like, I'm going to trust her to guide me on this. Thank you. Honestly, truly, from my soul, because here I am cutting Zucchini! Instead of eating frozen pizza.
I didn't think that that's what I would be doing. And I'm just grateful. I'm just grateful that you've shown me that I am capable of making those changes, because I didn't know that I was. So thank you.

“I have full faith in you as a health coach and your abilities, and you're constantly continuing to learn and expand and take feedback and go a step further. That made me feel like I was getting the most out of my program
